通过对失效的连杆螺栓进行宏观分析及微观分析,系统分析了螺栓断裂的原因。结果表明,螺栓断裂属于疲劳断裂,其中螺栓的材料性能不足为主要原因。由于材料本身对应力集中的敏感性较高,在螺栓变径处表面形成疲劳裂纹源,另外材料本身强度以及内部存在的孔洞、晶粒取向,加速了疲劳裂纹的生成扩展,在经过交变应力作用下,最终造成螺栓疲劳断裂。
