大豆起源于我国,具有五千多年的历史。在栽培和食用过程中,我国拥有无数的品种类型、丰富多彩的食用方法。今天,随着人民生活水平的提高,有必要将二者结合起来,选育加工品质优良的大豆新品种。本研究的目的就是分析我国南方地区目前主要推广品种的豆腐加工成品率,分析育成新品系群体中该性状的变异,为选育加工品质优良的大豆新品种提供理论依据。 Soy originated in China, with more than five thousand years of history.
