本文从3个方面对“物质的量”有关内容难度进行了定性分析：（1）学生认知水平和思维水平是一个新的挑战；（2）教材的关键是要把握好教材的“三序”；（3）教师要对教材进行“二次开发”。同时，通过分析医学高职“物质的量”有关内容教学研究的现状，得出初高职教材的衔接是必不可少的。
