重大自然灾害往往使公路交通网络受到严重破坏。为迅速抢通应急救援路线,借鉴网络堵塞流中最小饱和流的基本理论和方法,提出了最小运力最优恢复模型。运用现代智能算法,寻找路网瘫痪后的网络堵塞点,研究在最小费用情况下受灾区公路交通网络最小运力的恢复问题。并以四川泥石流灾害为背景,测试了应急救援网络模型及其优化算法的可操作性。研究成果可应用于应急救援时运输路线的选择和救援物资的配流。
Major natural disasters have often caused serious damage to the road transport network. In order to quickly get through emergency rescue routes and draw lessons from the basic theory and method of minimum saturation flow in the flow of network congestion, the optimal recovery model of minimum capacity is proposed. The use of modern intelligent algorithms to find the road network after the paralysis of the network congestion point, the minimum cost of traffic conditions in the affected area of the road network to restore the minimum capacity of recovery. Taking the debris flow disaster in Sichuan as the background, the emergency rescue network model and the operability of its optimization algorithm are tested. The research results can be applied to the selection of transportation routes and the distribution of relief supplies in emergency rescue.
