为了解修枝对幼林大花序桉生长和木材密度的影响,该研究设置未修枝、轻度修枝、中度修枝和重度修枝4种修枝强度处理,对比分析修枝前后的生长和木材密度差异.结果表明:修枝对大花序桉幼林胸径影响的差异不具有统计学意义,而对树高影响的差异具有统计学意义,但二者共同作用下的单株材积差异不具有统计学意义,总体而言修枝对单株材积增长有降低的趋势.修枝对木材密度影响的差异不具有统计学意义,但表现为随修枝强度增加,木材密度逐渐降低.在径向位置的木材基本密度,从髓心处向外部逐渐增大,表现为修枝对后期形成的木质部密度有增加作用.
