The establishment of plant tissue culture clonal propagation has been recognized as an important means of rapid breeding and then industrialized breeding. In recent years, we conducted tests on tissue culture and seedling propagation of more than ten kinds of horticultural plants and some fruit pulp tissue proliferation experiments. Some results have been obtained and are summarized as follows.
