研究了长庆油田因地层的特殊性而构成的套管封固段与未封固段在洛河水中的电化学腐蚀特性,结果表明水泥封固样及裸金属样的自腐蚀电位相差120mV以上,结合电偶电流的分析表明在起始阶段存在宏观电化学腐蚀现象;根据模拟研究结果对油田现场状况进行了分析.
The electrochemical corrosion characteristics of casing and unsealed sections in Luohe water caused by the particularity of strata in Changqing Oilfield are studied. The results show that the self-corrosion potentials of cement-sealed samples and bare metal samples differ by more than 120mV The analysis of galvanic current shows that there is macroscopic electrochemical corrosion in the initial stage. Based on the simulation results, the field conditions of the oilfield are analyzed.
