随着社会的发展和科技的进步,传统的档案管理方式的弊端日益凸显,为了促使档案管理能够适应现代化的需要,我们亟需对现行落后的档案管理的方式加以变革。推进档案管理信息化既是提高工作效率和实现资源共享的需要,也是档案管理事业发展的必然趋势。在推进档案管理信息化的过程中,我们或多或少地会遇到一些问题,本文主要论述了就如何推进档案管理信息化问题上的个人观点。
With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, the shortcomings of the traditional archives management methods have become increasingly prominent. In order to make archives management adapt to the needs of modernization, we urgently need to change the current backward management of archives. To promote the management of archives information is not only to improve efficiency and resource sharing needs, but also the inevitable trend of the development of archives management. In the process of promoting the information management of archives management, we encounter some problems more or less. This article mainly discusses the personal opinions on how to promote the archives management informationization.
