通过对比实验和高速摄影及影片解析等方法 ,获取客观的指标进行定量分析 ,研究运动心理定向对掌握运动技术和提高专项成绩的作用。实验结果表明 :在掌握专项技术和提高跳远成绩方面 ,实验组明显优于对照组。在跳远教学训练中 ,合理的专项心理结构 -定向有利于发挥助跑速度 ,提高上板速度和获得更大的腾起初速度 ,促进专项技术和专项成绩的提高。研究结果提示 :在技术教学中 ,应重视正确的心理结构 -定向培养
Through comparative experiments and high-speed photography and video analysis and other methods, to obtain objective indicators for quantitative analysis of sports psychological orientation to master the motor skills and improve the performance of the special role. The experimental results show that the experimental group is obviously superior to the control group in grasping the special technology and improving the performance of long jump. In the long jump teaching and training, a reasonable special psychological structure - orientation is conducive to exerting the running speed, increasing the board speed and gain greater initial speed, and promote the improvement of special techniques and special grades. The results suggest that in the technical teaching, we should attach importance to the correct psychological structure - oriented training
