目的探讨参麦注射液对冠心病患者血清高敏肌钙蛋白及游离脂肪酸水平的影响。方法选取2012年5月—2015年5月新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的冠心病患者80例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者采用冠心病标准治疗方案治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予参麦注射液治疗,两组患者均以2周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后评价治疗效果。比较两组患者治疗前后血清高敏肌钙蛋白、游离脂肪酸水平及血脂指标〔包括总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)〕,并观察治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者血清高敏肌钙蛋白和游离脂肪酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者血清高敏肌钙蛋白和游离脂肪酸水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗期间研究组患者不良反应发生率为2.5%,低于对照组的12.5%(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液能有效降低冠心病患者血清高敏肌钙蛋白和游离脂肪酸水平,具有心肌保护作用且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenmai injection on serum high-sensitivity troponin and free fatty acid in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2012 to May 2015 were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with standard treatment of coronary heart disease. Patients in the study group were treated with Shenmai injection on the basis of the control group. Two groups of patients were given one course of treatment for two weeks. After one course of treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated. The levels of serum high-sensitivity troponin, free fatty acid and serum lipids (including total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol LDL-C)], and observed the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment. Results There was no significant difference in serum high-sensitivity troponin and free fatty acid levels between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum high-sensitivity troponin and free fatty acid in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C between the two groups before and after treatment (P> 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.5% during the treatment period, which was 12.5% lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Shenmai injection can effectively reduce the serum levels of high-sensitivity troponin and free fatty acid in patients with coronary heart disease, with myocardial protection and safety.
