教师职业精神作为一种特殊的职业精神,是教师从事、坚守与奉献教育事业的动力源泉与精神支撑,制约着教师职业价值的实现、教育目标的完成和教师职业的发展。本文以近15年教师职业精神研究文献为基础,通过梳理与回顾,列举了我国教师职业精神研究领域的典型观点及代表文献并进行了述评,指出了现有研究成果的不足、该研究领域面临的挑战及今后的发展趋势。
As a kind of special professionalism, teachers’ professionalism is the source of motivation and spiritual support for teachers to engage in, persevere and dedication of education, restricting the realization of teachers’ professional values, completing their educational goals and developing teachers’ professions. Based on the nearly 15 years of professional literature of teachers, this paper gives a review of the typical views and representative documents of the field of teacher professionalism in our country through reviewing and reviewing. It points out the shortcomings of the existing research results, Challenges and future trends.
