采用苯基缩水甘油醚对2-甲基咪唑进行改性,制备了几种不同改性比例的改性2-甲基咪唑(M-2MI),对其反应机理和结构进行了讨论。对环氧树脂/双氰胺/M-2MI体系的凝胶时间、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)进行了测定,并采用差示扫描量热法研究了体系的固化反应动力学。结果表明,M-2MI对环氧树脂/双氰胺具有良好的促进活性,计算得到的表观活化能为77.0k J/mol。随着苯基缩水甘油醚用量的增加,固化物的Tg有逐渐降低的趋势。粘接性能试验结果表明,采用M-2MI作为促进剂比采用未经改性的2-甲基咪唑作为促进剂的剪切强度和剥离强度更高。
The modified 2-methylimidazole (M-2MI) with different modification ratio was prepared by the modification of 2-methylimidazole with phenyl glycidyl ether. The reaction mechanism and structure were also discussed. The gelation time and glass transition temperature (Tg) of epoxy resin / dicyandiamide / M-2MI system were measured. The curing reaction kinetics of the system was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. The results showed that M-2MI had good promoting activity for epoxy resin / dicyandiamide and the calculated apparent activation energy was 77.0k J / mol. With the increase of the amount of phenyl glycidyl ether, the Tg of the cured material tends to decrease gradually. Adhesion test results show that the use of M-2MI as a promoter with unmodified 2-methylimidazole as a promoter has higher shear strength and peel strength.
