本文比较了新疆石河子及其附近地区不同碘状态及不同防治水平下277名6~16岁儿童少年的体格发育和骨龄,发现环境缺碘而未充分补碘病区的儿童少年身高、体重匀称度及发育等级均落后于非缺碘地区,骨龄和身高还落后于缺碘但补碘较好的地区,骨龄比非缺碘地区落后0.768岁,比补碘充足的地区低0.238岁,其中以骨龄的差异最显著。观察了推广碘盐后身高、骨龄的变化,说明补碘能促进几童骨骼发育,而且补碘越早,作用越显著。
In this paper, the physical development and bone age of 277 children aged 6 ~ 16 years under different iodine status and different levels of prevention and treatment in Shihezi, Xinjiang were compared.
