目的:观察破壁富铬松花粉对小鼠的降血糖作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为阴性对照组(纯化水)和低、中、高3个剂量组,分别给予0.25、0.5、1.5 g/kg体重,相当于人体临床用量的5,10,30倍。结果:与阴性对照组比较,富铬松花粉高剂量组能明显降低四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠的2 h时相血糖含量及血糖曲线下面积,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:破壁富铬松花粉有降低血糖功能的作用。 Objective: To observe the hypoglycemic effects of chrome-rich pine pollen on mice.
