Nd元素能在一定程度上细化镁合金晶粒,同时能改善合金的室温与高温的力学性能与抗蠕变性能,在镁合金中得到广泛的应用。本文主要对Mg-Nd系合金的研究现状与进展进行了详细的论述,同时系统的介绍了稀土Nd对于不同系镁合金组织与性能的影响,并展望了稀土Nd在镁合金中的应用前景。
Nd can refine the grain of magnesium alloy to a certain degree and improve the mechanical properties and creep resistance of the alloy at room temperature and high temperature. It is widely used in magnesium alloy. In this paper, the research status and progress of Mg-Nd alloys are mainly discussed in detail. At the same time, the effects of rare earth Nd on the microstructure and properties of different series of Mg alloys are introduced systematically. The application prospects of Nd in magnesium alloys are also prospected.
