哺乳类动物脑室系统(尤其在隐窝区和室周器官)室管膜表面存在大量球形颗粒,并发现许多接触脑脊液神经元向脑室分泌球形颗粒。作者选用2例健康成年男性腰穿脑脊液标本,用暗视野显微镜和扫描电镜观察,取得了在脑脊液中鉴定这类球形颗粒的成功。 1.暗视野显微镜观察:除较大的球形核细胞外,在脑脊液中亦存在微小的有形成份。 2.扫描电镜研究:脑脊液中的细胞成份大小不等,直径约10—30微米;细胞形态各异,呈圆形、椭圆形及不规则形。除带有伪足状突起的不规则形细胞外,其他形状的细胞表
There are a large number of spherical particles in the ependymal surfaces of mammalian ventricular system (especially in the crypts and ventricular organs) and found that many contact cerebrospinal fluid neurons secrete spherical particles into the ventricles. The authors selected 2 healthy adult male lumbar puncture cerebrospinal fluid samples, with dark field microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, made in cerebrospinal fluid identification of such spherical particles success. 1. Dark field microscopy: In addition to the larger spherical nuclei, there are also tiny visible components in the cerebrospinal fluid. 2. Scanning electron microscopy: Cerebrospinal fluid in the cell components ranging in size, diameter of about 10-30 microns; cell morphology, was round, oval and irregular shape.
