目的:测试GI-Ⅱ型渗透陶瓷氧化铝粉浆粘度,探讨在涂塑中的注意事项。材料与方法:将氧化铝粉体及其专用调和液分别按粉液质量比8:1,7:1,6:1,5:1,4:1的比例配制2份,其中1份加入增塑剂,用旋转法测粘度。结果:粉液比越小,粘度越大;粉液比为7、6、5、4时,粘度变化相对缓慢;粉浆中加入增塑剂,可以明显降低粘度;粉浆粘度随剪切速率增大而减小。结论:调拌粉浆时可选择4~7:1粉液比及加入增塑剂。同时,应充分超声振荡,以有利于粉浆中粉体分散均匀和排除气泡。
Objective: To test the viscosity of GI-Ⅱ infiltrated ceramic alumina slurry and discuss the precautions in the plastic coating. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Two parts of aluminum oxide powder and its special blending liquid were respectively formulated in the ratio of 8: 1, 7: 1, 6: 1, 5: 1 and 4: 1, of which 1 part was added Plasticizer, measured by the rotation viscosity. Results: The smaller the ratio of powder to liquid was, the higher the viscosity was. When the ratio of powder to liquid was 7, 6, 5 and 4, the viscosity changed slowly. Adding the plasticizer to the slurry could obviously reduce the viscosity. Increase and decrease. Conclusion: Mixing slurry can choose 4 ~ 7: 1 powder ratio and adding plasticizer. At the same time, should be full of ultrasonic oscillation, in order to facilitate the smooth dispersion of powder in the slurry and remove air bubbles.
