观察大剂量基因重组人红细胞生成素(rh-Ep)体外对10例正常人,17例骨髓增生异常综合征难治性贫血(MDS-RA),19例再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者红系祖细胞(CFU-E)的作用。结果:MDS-RA和AA患者的CFUE明显低于正常人(P均<0.01),随rh-Ep剂量加大,各组红系祖细胞(CFU-E)均有不同程度增高,至100u/ml达最高值,并接近或超过正常值。结果表明,大剂量rh-Ep可促进部分MDS-RA和AA患者CFU-E增殖。
To observe the effect of high-dose recombinant human erythropoietin (rh-Ep) on 10 normal subjects, 17 myelodysplastic syndrome refractory anemia (MDS-RA), and 19 patients with aplastic anemia (AA) Progenitor cells (CFU-E). Results: The CFUE of MDS-RA and AA patients was significantly lower than that of normal people (P <0.01). With the increase of rh-Ep dose, CFU-E of all groups increased to different degrees, ml reaches the highest value, and approaches or exceeds the normal value. The results showed that high dose rh-Ep can promote CFU-E proliferation in some patients with MDS-RA and AA.
