以马来西亚中华总商会(简称中总)署理总会长、丹斯里拿督斯里林锦胜为总团长的马来西亚中华总商会赴中国东北代表团一行11人,于7月11日至13日到访辽宁,并于7月12日拜会辽宁省外侨办,辽宁省外侨办副巡视员吴世坤会见了代表团一行。吴世坤副巡视员首先代表孙大刚主任对代表团一行的到来表示热烈欢迎,并向代表团成员介绍了辽宁的基本情况和侨情,以及国家新一轮振兴东北老工业基地发展规划和辽宁发展建设思路。
