作者报道1例少见的过量摄取双硫醒(disulfiram)和酒精致暴发性多发性神经炎病例。患者39岁,女性。有10年的过量饮酒史。服用双硫醒250mg/d和阿米替林(剂量不详)4个月。入院当天傍晚饮用啤酒10瓶,自服少量阿米替林(每片含量150mg)和8片双硫醒(每片含量250mg)。最初意识清楚,继而出现嗜睡、低血压和缺氧。入院时血清酒精浓度为0.101g/dl,阿米替林为390ng/ml。18h后神经病学检查除腱反射活跃外其余正常,停用双硫醒。入院第17天,患者诉舌麻、发音和吞咽困难。体检:意识清晰,轻度构音不良,肢体无明显力弱,痛觉普遍减弱,上肢腱反射消失,膝和跟腱反射正常,
