目的对柴白妇乐颗粒建立有效的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对白芍、柴胡、败酱草、水蛭进行定性研究;采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(14:86)为流动相,检测波长为230nm,采用Phenomenex C18分析柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),测定方中芍药苷的含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,空白对照无干扰。芍药苷260~1300ng范围内线性良好,平均回收率为97.52%,RSD为1.17%。结论所建立的方法简便、快速、准确,可有效地控制柴白妇乐颗粒的质量。
Objective To establish an effective quality control method for Chai Bai Fule particles. Methods TLC was used to qualitatively study Radix Paeoniae Alba, Bupleurum chinense, Patrinia praecox, and Radix Paeoniae Rubra with high performance liquid chromatography. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (14:86). The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Phenomenex C18 analytical column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 μm) was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin in the assay. Results The thin-layer chromatogram spots were clear, and the blank control had no interference. Paeoniflorin had a good linearity in the range of 260 to 1300 ng, with an average recovery of 97.52% and an RSD of 1.17%. Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can effectively control the quality of Chai Bai Fen particles.
