加强政工干部队伍建设,要紧密结合工作实际,认清思想政治工作者的职业理想、职业道德、职业技能、职业纪律。政工干部的主要职责是做人的工作,教育引导人们更好地做事做人,可谓是崇高而神圣的职业。因此,政工干部理所当然应该成为人们的师长,成为人们效仿的典范。这就要求每一个政工干部必须自觉地加强学习、修养和锻炼,切实学会教育人、任用人,更要自己会做人。
To strengthen the contingent of political cadres, we must closely integrate the actual work with the ideals and ideological workers to understand their professional ideals, professional ethics, professional skills, and professional discipline. The main responsibility of political cadres is to work as a man, and education guides people to behave better. It is a noble and sacred career.
