无砟轨道病害的机理分析与整治将成为进一步优化轨道结构、提升轨道技术的重要途径和研究重点。结合兰新客专的工程建设实际,针对无砟轨道黄土路基建设所带来的技术问题与挑战,在沉降监测的基础上,介绍无砟轨道黄土路基沉降工程整治的原则,提出基底注浆加固和阻水排水工程整治方案、工艺控制及效果检测标准,为兰新客专的运营提供稳固的运行基础,可有效减少无砟轨道黄土路基病害的发生。整治后观测表明:地基稳定,整治方案合理,可为无砟轨道线路的建设和管理提供参考。
The analysis and remediation of the mechanism of ballastless track disease will become the important way and research focus to further optimize orbital structure and improve orbit technology. Combining with the actual construction of Lanxinkake project, in view of the technical problems and challenges brought by the construction of loess track on ballastless track, the principle of settlement treatment of loess subgrade on ballastless track is introduced based on settlement monitoring. And water blocking drainage engineering remediation programs, process control and effectiveness testing standards for the operation of the Lanxin guesthouse to provide a solid foundation for the operation, which can effectively reduce the incidence of ballastless track embankment disease. After remediation observations show that: the foundation is stable, remediation programs reasonable, for ballastless track line construction and management provide a reference.
