机体的免疫包括固有免疫和适应性免疫,适应性免疫占据很重要的地位,主要有B和T细胞参与,其中B细胞在适应性免疫中发挥重要的作用。随着对B细胞研究的深入,发现不同月龄的小鼠中,B细胞数量、亚群及功能随月龄的改变表现出特征性的动态变化,这些动态变化主要通过细胞和分子水平导致B细胞分化受损,影响机体的免疫功能。小鼠B细胞亚群在衰老过程中的变化,为特异性免疫应答功能的进展等研究提供了基础,也为人类疾病治疗与预防发挥着越来越重要的作用。
