在跨文化交际与合作中,文化冲突的案例时有发生,究其原因大多是由于不同文化在思维方式、价值取向、社会规范、语用迁移等方面存在着差异,跨文化交际障碍由此产生。因此,要减少跨文化交际障碍,必须探寻解决跨文化交际障碍的对策。必须树立和增强交际者的跨文化意识,不仅要尽可能地消除思维定势与文化中心主义,还需重视非语言交际能力的培养,逐步培养交际者的跨文化交际能力。
In intercultural communication and cooperation, the cases of cultural conflicts sometimes occur. The reasons are mostly due to the differences in thinking mode, value orientation, social norms and pragmatic migration between different cultures, resulting in the barriers of intercultural communication . Therefore, to reduce the barrier of intercultural communication, we must explore the countermeasures to solve the intercultural communication barriers. It is necessary to establish and enhance the intercultural awareness of communicators, not only to eliminate the tendency of thinking and cultural centralism as much as possible, but also to emphasize the cultivation of nonverbal communicative competence and to gradually develop the intercultural communicative competence of communicators.
