目的 评价辉煌之星全自动酶免疫分析连体机的综合性能。方法 用伊文蓝 (Evan’sblue)和对硝基苯酚对仪器的比色部分进行通道差、精密度、线性等测定 ;用高浓度的HBsAg和Hb了解八道加样钢针和 2 4针洗板头的互染和抗干扰作用 ;用称量法测定加样钢针和分配注射器的加样 (试剂 )误差 ;同时与手工操作测定HBsAg进行比较。结果 各项检测指标均在允许范围内 ,高浓度的HBsAg和Hb无互染和干扰作用 ,88份标本的手工操作与仪器对比测定 ,仪器测定HBsAg阳性率为 4 3.2 %(38/ 88) ,手工操作阳性率为 4 2 .0 % (37/ 88) ,结果无显著性差别。结论 仪器综合性能符合要求 ,避免了手工操作的误差 ,使实验过程中各个步骤标准化、规范化 ,提高了实验的灵敏度和精确度。
Objective To evaluate the comprehensive performance of the brilliant star automatic enzyme immunoassay Siamese machine. Methods Evan’sblue and p-nitrophenol were used to determine the colorimetric part of the instrument for channel difference, precision and linearity. The HBsAg and Hb concentrations were used to investigate the effect of eight-way needle and 24-needle wash plate Head inter-infection and anti-interference effect; using weighing method to determine the addition of needle and dispensing syringe dispensing (reagent) error; at the same time compared with manual determination of HBsAg. Results All the detection indexes were within the allowable range. High concentrations of HBsAg and Hb had no interferestion and interference. The manual operation of 88 specimens was compared with that of the instrument. The positive rate of HBsAg was 42.2% (38/88) The positive rate of manual operation was 42.0% (37/88), with no significant difference. Conclusion The overall performance of the instrument meets the requirements, avoiding the error of manual operation, standardizing and standardizing the various steps in the experiment and improving the sensitivity and accuracy of the experiment.
