[目的]研究救心胶囊对缺氧和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)血管内皮细胞(EC)损伤的保护作用。[方法]采用体外细胞培养技术,制造缺氧和LDL内皮损伤模型。采用免疫组化方法观察救心胶囊对血管内皮黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的影响。[结果]在缺氧或者LDL状态下,内皮细胞黏附分子(VCAM-1,ICAM-1)表达显著增加。救心胶囊可明显地抑制内皮细胞黏附因子的表达率。[结论]救心胶囊对缺氧和LDL造成的内皮细胞有保护作用。
[Objective] To study the protective effect of Jiuxin capsule on the damage of hypoxia and low density lipoprotein (LDL) vascular endothelial cells (EC). [Methods] In vitro cell culture technique was used to make hypoxic and LDL endothelial injury models. The effect of Jiuxin Capsule on vascular endothelial adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) was observed by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The expression of endothelial cell adhesion molecules (VCAM-1, ICAM-1) increased significantly under hypoxia or LDL conditions. Jiuxin capsule can significantly inhibit the expression rate of endothelial cell adhesion factor. [Conclusion] Jiuxin capsule has protective effect on endothelial cells caused by hypoxia and LDL.
