利用超高效液相色谱-光电二极管阵列检测器(UPLC-PDA)法,使用BEH C18色谱柱,以乙腈∶0.03%三氟乙酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,建立了14批逍遥散超临界CO2提取物的指纹图谱,并测定不同批次提取物中藁本内酯、白术内酯Ⅰ和白术内酯Ⅲ的含量。结果显示,共确定了15个共有峰。14批逍遥散超临界CO2提取物UPLC指纹图谱相似度均大于0.9。
By using UPLC-PDA method and BEH C18 column with acetonitrile: 0.03% trifluoroacetic acid as mobile phase and gradient elution, 14 batches of Xiaoyao San supercritical CO2 The fingerprints of the extracts were determined and the contents of ligustilide, atractyloside I and atractylenolide Ⅲ in different batches of extracts were determined. The results showed that a total of 15 common peaks were identified. The similarity of UPLC fingerprints of 14 batches of Xiaoyao San supercritical CO2 extract were all greater than 0.9.
