采用溶胶-凝胶法,制备了一种具有锐钛矿结构的新型磁载Fe(Ⅲ)掺杂纳米TiO2/SiO2/Fe3O4(FTSF)光催化剂。制备的FTSF粉体样品的颗粒尺寸为10~20nm,颗粒为复合包覆型结构。通过降解1×10-4mol/L甲基橙溶液表征了FTSF样品的光催化效率。结果表明:Fe(Ⅲ)的加入明显地增强了样品的光催化活性和可见光吸收能力,当Fe(Ⅲ)的含量为0.9%(摩尔分数),并在400℃煅烧3h的FTSF粉体样品具有最佳光催化活性,对甲基橙溶液有较高的降解能力,在紫外光辐照90min,甲基橙的降解率超过95%。利用样品的磁性特点可将其从被降解溶液中回收,回收率可达98%(质量分数),循环使用时光催化效率仍保持在80%,具有较好的应用前景。
A novel magnetically loaded Fe (Ⅲ) doped nano-TiO2 / SiO2 / Fe3O4 (FTSF) photocatalyst with anatase structure was prepared by sol-gel method. The prepared FTSF powder sample has a particle size of 10-20 nm and the particles are cladded structure. The photocatalytic efficiency of FTSF samples was characterized by degradation of 1 × 10-4 mol / L methyl orange solution. The results showed that the addition of Fe (Ⅲ) significantly enhanced the photocatalytic activity and the visible light absorption ability of the samples. When the content of Fe (Ⅲ) was 0.9% (molar fraction) and the FTSF powder samples calcined at 400 ℃ for 3 h had The best photocatalytic activity, methyl orange solution has a higher ability to degrade, UV irradiation 90min, the degradation rate of methyl orange more than 95%. The magnetic characteristics of the sample can be recovered from the solution was degraded, the recovery rate of up to 98% (mass fraction), the photocatalytic efficiency remained at 80%, has good application prospects.
