神经元凋亡在未成熟脑组织缺血缺氧性损伤中占有重要比例。天冬氨酸特异的半胱氨酸蛋白酶(cysteinylaspartate-specific protease,caspase)在未成熟脑组织中的活性远高于成人脑组织。细胞内与凋亡执行期发挥关键作用的caspase有关的参与凋亡的细胞器主要有线粒体和内质网。通过线粒体细胞色素c的释放和内质网应激两条通路最终激活caspase-3导致神经元凋亡。
Neuronal apoptosis accounts for a significant proportion of hypoxic-ischemic damage in immature brain tissue. Aspartate-specific caspases (cysteinylaspartate-specific protease, caspase) in immature brain activity is much higher than adult brain tissue. Intracellular and apoptosis during the execution of caspase play a key role in the apoptosis of organelles are mainly mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum. Neuronal apoptosis is ultimately triggered by caspase-3 activation by both mitochondrial cytochrome c release and endoplasmic reticulum stress.
