中国的节能地产都深深印着“泊来”的烙印,建设部2005年住宅节能的新标准,没有周全考虑中国地域差异而受到质疑.“,”In 2005,a large number of Energy-Saving Real Estate projects are launched for top-grade real estate in China. Overseas architectural designers are involved in these projects.Energy-saving techniques and products have been introduced from abroad.Design for interior space, heating system and community environment have made great progress. On the other hand,the cost of energy-saving real estate can't be cut down.Only high income business people from abroad,or Chinese who had lived abroad would be willing to pay more money for energy-saving and environmental friendly properties because they are more energy-saving conscious than the local Chinese. Concepts such as Green real estate,High-tech real estate,and Energy-saving real estate have already become realtors' new sales promotion theme,and certainly bring delightful sales income to the projects' owner.Energy-saving real estate will become popular in the architecture business.Most real estate developers think that energy-saving may be the only method to breakthrough the bottle-neck in the real-estate development process.
