秋天,是收获蘑菇的季节,走进雨后的森林里、草原上,经常能够采收到各种鲜美可口的食菌。最迟在五千年前,蘑菇已经成为人类的食品。我国的古籍《周礼》上就有“食所加庶、羞有芝栭(er)”的记载。古代称土生食菌为芝,木生食菌为栭。晚期的著作中,如宋·陈仁玉的《菌谱》,明·潘之恒的《广菌谱》,记述有40多种蘑菇,收录了绝大部分的著名的野生食菌。
