为深入研究基质沥青经天然沥青改性后其相关性能指标变化情况,选取布敦岩沥青(BRA)、特立尼达湖沥青(TLA)、泰普克AH-10基质沥青作为研究对象,并在2种天然沥青掺量分别为0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%时完成3大指标试验、动态剪切流变(DSR)试验、布氏旋转黏度试验,对比分析天然沥青改性沥青的针入度、延度、软化点、剪切模量和黏度的变化情况。结果表明:2种天然沥青掺入基质沥青中,可以提高沥青的硬度和稠度,改善沥青的高、低温性能,并增加沥青的黏度;且在对应掺量下,BRA对基质沥青性能的改善作用明显优于TLA。
In order to further study the change of relative performance index of asphalt after being modified by natural asphalt, Budun rock asphalt (BRA), Trinidad lake asphalt (TLA) and Taipuke AH-10 asphalt were selected as the research object. The three major indexes tests were completed at two kinds of natural bitumen content of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% respectively. Dynamic Shear Rheology (DSR) Test, comparative analysis of natural asphalt modified asphalt penetration, ductility, softening point, shear modulus and viscosity changes. The results showed that the incorporation of two kinds of natural asphalt into the matrix asphalt can improve the hardness and consistency of the asphalt, improve the high and low temperature properties of the asphalt and increase the viscosity of the asphalt. At the same dosage, Significantly better than TLA.
