1990～1998年1月,我们采用经膀胱镜向肾盂内置入双Ｊ管治疗输尿管梗阻38例,效果良好,报告如下。资料与方法 本组38例。男20例,女18例。平均年龄46岁。38例中肠癌晚期发生急性梗阻性尿闭者3例;造影剂引起尿闭者1例;单侧肾盂感染、积水者2例;宫颈癌晚期导致输尿管梗阻尿闭者1例;
From January 1990 to January 1998, 38 cases of ureteral obstruction were treated by transurethral cystoscopy into the renal pelvis. The results were as follows. Materials and Methods The group of 38 cases. 20 males and 18 females. Average age is 46 years old. 38 cases of patients with acute obstructive urinary occlusion in the late stage of colon cancer in 3 cases; contrast agent caused by urinary tract obstruction in 1 case; unilateral pyelonephrosis, hydrocephalus in 2 cases; late cervical cancer led to ureteral obstruction in 1 case;
