目的探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术的围术期临床护理方法及效果。方法对30例低位直肠癌保肛手术老年患者行有针对性的围术期护理措施(快速康复外科护理方案),另选取对照组采用传统常规护理方案,观察并记录患者术后情况。结果试验组患者在首次下床时间、排气时间、排便时间、住院时间均优于对照组,并发症发生率较低。结论快速康复外科护理技术应用与低位直肠癌保肛手术,可有助于提高疗效,减少并发症的发生,促进术后康复。 Objective To investigate the perioperative clinical nursing of low anorectal surgery and its effect. Methods Thirty patients with rectal cancer undergoing anal sphincter preservation surgery were treated with targeted perioperative nursing care (rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing program). The control group was treated with conventional nursing care to observe and record the postoperative condition. Results The patients in trial group had better out-bed time, exhaust time, defecation time and hospital stay than those in control group, with a lower complication rate. Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation and nursing techniques and anus preservation surgery for low rectal cancer can help to improve the curative effect, reduce the incidence of complications and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
