一场看似缓慢的发展,却带给恒隆惊人的回报,同时也给了内地喧嚣的商业地产一份冷思考。从1992年登陆上海,来自香港的商业地产发展商恒隆集团已经在内地发展了23个年头。同首23年,恒隆在内地的发展似乎有些缓慢。截止到2014年底,恒隆存内地只进驻了5个城市,累计持有物业面积不过176万平方米。2014年度,整个集团的销售规模刚刚破百亿。这样的数据,不要说和那些动辄年销售上千亿的龙头房企相比,就连在商业地产开发领域,恒隆所展示出来的规模实力,也很难让人感觉惊艳。
