车架是掘进机的重要部件之一,车架结构除了要满足一般的静力学强度、刚度之外,还必须满足动力学的特性。以某掘进机的车架为例,运用Autodesk Inventor软件创建实体模型,有限元软件MSC.Patran做前后处理器,用MSC.Nastran软件进行模态分析。分析该车架自由状态下前12阶固有频率及振型特征,为该机的结构改进提供参考和理论依据。
Frame is an important part of roadheader, frame structure in addition to meet the general static strength, stiffness, but also must meet the dynamic characteristics. Taking the frame of a roadheader as an example, the Autodesk Inventor software is used to create the solid model. The finite element software MSC.Patran is used as the pre-and post-processor, and the modal analysis is carried out by MSC.Nastran software. Analysis of the first 12 natural frequencies and mode shapes in the free state of the frame provides a reference and theoretical basis for the structural improvement of the aircraft.
