鱼油廿碳五烯酸(EPA)和廿二碳六烯酸(DHA)同属ω-3型脂肪酸,其结构特点为长碳链,含多个不饱和键,其降血脂效应远大于含ω-6型脂肪酸的植物油,对胶原及 ADP 诱发的血小板聚集有显著抑制作用;亦有扩张血管、降低血液粘滞度等效应,因而对高脂血症及冠心病有良好的防治作用。新近发现富含EPA+DHA 鱼油对致癌剂诱发的大鼠乳腺癌有明显的抑制作用。 Fish oil eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) belong to the same omega-3 fatty acids, the structure of which is characterized by long carbon chains, containing more than one unsaturated bond, the hypolipidemic effect is much larger than omega- 6-type fatty acid vegetable oil, collagen and ADP-induced platelet aggregation significantly inhibited; also dilation of blood vessels, reducing blood viscosity and other effects, and thus have a good effect on the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease. Recently found that EPA + DHA fish oil rich in carcinogen induced rat breast cancer significantly inhibited.
