目的了解疾病预防控制专业技术人员参加继续医学教育培训活动的动机和态度,掌握主观需求,为日后有效开展培训提供科学的参考依据。方法通过问卷调查的方式对新疆维吾尔自治区疾病预防控制中心全体专业技术人员开展调查,内容包括:1对继续医学教育培训工作的看法与态度;2对现有继续医学教育培训的总体满意度,3现执行培训的不足之处;所得数据应用Spss 17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果专业技术人员对继续医学教育最新知识所持态度,不同专业技术资格间差异有统计学意义(χ2=39.732,P<0.05);继续医学教育学习途径中,不同年龄组差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.973,P<0.05),35岁以下和55岁以上年龄组在学历教育选择上差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.268,P<0.05);对授课老师的总体评价方面,不同学历间差异有统计学意义(χ2=30.478,P<0.05),高学历人员(硕士及以上)对老师的总体满意度低于本科以下学历人员(χ2=10.919,P<0.05);培训的方式及针对性为培训的主要不足之处;最希望采用的授课方式为案例分析;不同学历人员获取专业知识的途径间差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.764,P<0.05),高学历人群更倾向于通过专业书籍及上网完成培训。结论以需求为导向,提高专业技术人员培训主动性,加强管理,才能不断提高培训实效。
Objective To understand the motivation and attitude of disease prevention and control professional and technical personnel participating in continuing medical education and training activities, master subjective needs and provide scientific reference for effective training in the future. Methods A survey was conducted on all the professional technicians in the CDC of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region through questionnaire survey. The contents include: 1. Results The attitude of professional and technical personnel to the latest knowledge of continuing medical education was statistically significant (χ2 = 39.732, P <0.05). There were significant differences among different age groups in continuing education of medical education (χ2 = = 24.973, P <0.05). There was significant difference in academic education choice between age group of 35 years old and 55 years old (χ2 = 5.268, P <0.05). The overall satisfaction of teachers with highly educated staff (master’s degree and above) was lower than that of undergraduates (χ2 = 10.919, P <0.05).
