根据叉车铸造转向桥的组成结构和技术特点,结合某型叉车铸造转向桥设计实践和试验结果,对比分析铸造转向桥与焊接转向桥的优缺点,采用ANSYS Workbench11.0工程CAE分析软件,对焊接桥桥体和铸造桥桥体在最大垂直力工况和最大侧向力下的变形量,以及应力变化进行仿真分析,并在此基础上对桥体进行30万次的疲劳试验和桥体应力、应变测量。结果表明,铸造转向桥的各项性能均优于焊接转向桥,证明所提出的设计方案正确可行。
According to the compositional structure and technical characteristics of the forklift cast steering bridge, combined with the design and test results of the foundry steering axle of a forklift truck, the advantages and disadvantages of casting steering bridge and welding steering bridge are analyzed comparatively. Using CAE analysis software of ANSYS Workbench11.0, The bridge and the bridge body in the maximum vertical load conditions and the maximum lateral force of the deformation, as well as the simulation analysis of stress changes, and on the basis of the bridge 300,000 times the fatigue test and the bridge stress Strain measurement. The results show that all the properties of cast steering bridge are better than that of welded steering bridge, which proves that the proposed design scheme is correct and feasible.
