压力与焦虑是我们心灵最大的毒素。缓解压力的方法有很多,可以根据个人的兴趣来选择。旅游、唱歌、闲聊、散步、钓鱼、健身、睡觉等等都是很好的让我们暂时摆脱压力,疏解心怀的好办法。如果这些方法你都不喜欢,还有一种人人适用的方法,就是从我们的一日三餐中着手,让恰当的食物帮助我们缓解忧虑。
Stress and anxiety are the biggest toxins in our mind. There are many ways to relieve stress, you can choose according to personal interests. Traveling, singing, chatting, walking, fishing, fitness, sleeping and so on are all good ways to temporarily get out of stress and ease your mind. If you do not like these methods, there is another way for everyone to start with our three meals a day, so that the right foods help us to ease our worries.
