病例报告:患儿男,9岁。1980年6月4日入院。主诉:头痛、头晕两个月。其间3次“晕倒”,但未丧失意识。曾在当地按“脑膜炎”治疗4天。不烧,呕吐1次,门诊血压130/80mmHg。既往两年前家长发现患儿眼睑经常浮肿,1年前以“心肌炎”在外院住院两个月。查体:体温36.5℃,脉搏100/分,呼吸24/分,血压145/100mmHg。心肺腹无异常。左足背动脉极弱, Case Report: Children male, 9 years old. Do not burn, vomit 1, outpatient blood pressure 130 / 80mmHg. Past two years ago, parents found edema in children with eyelids, a year ago with “myocarditis” hospital for two months. Physical examination: body temperature 36.5 ℃, pulse 100 / min, breathing 24 / min, blood pressure 145 / 100mmHg. No abnormal heart and lung abdomen. Left dorsal artery is very weak,
