政府绩效评估是现代公共管理的前沿课题,也是世界各国公认的难题之一。在当今西方各国的行政改革过程中,绩效评估作为先进企业的成功经验得到政府的普遍吸收和借鉴,并已演变成当今西方各国政府再造、实施政府变革、落实政府责任以及改进政府管理的一个行之有效的工具。文章的研究方法主要分为两个方面,在论证结构上,采用了规范分析法、实证分析法和比较分析法。通过实证研究,多元统计分析方法在政府绩效评估中的科学性、可行性和优越性得到了良好的说明。
