经济法直接关系到国家三大关系的调整,所以经济法对于治理国家来说尤为重要。目前我国想要进一步提升治国能力,必须要深入完善经济法,优化国家经济法制体系,解决立法的协调性问题。在经济法中要对国家的经济职能进行有效的界定,保障市场经济自由和发展。除此之外完善经济法,还要提升经济主体的能力,实现多元化的经济治理模式。本文就上述提出观点,对完善经济法提升治国能力展开讨论。 Economic law is directly related to the adjustment of the three major national relations, so economic law is particularly important for governing the country. At present, China wants to further enhance its ability to govern the country. It must deepen its economic law, optimize the national economic legal system, and resolve the issue of the coordination of legislation. In economic law, the economic functions of the country should be effectively defined and the freedom and development of the market economy guaranteed. In addition to improving the economic law, we must also enhance the capacity of economic agents to achieve a diversified economic governance model. This article puts forward the viewpoints mentioned above and discusses how to perfect the economic law to enhance the ability to govern the country.
