笔者通过对海峡两岸正在实施的两个义务教育阶段的英语课程文件设计思路进行比较,发现《纲要》和《标准》的设计思路在开课时间、分段教学的等级确定和课程设计等方面存在差异。与此同时,与时俱进、实事求是、尊重科学的指导原则也无不体现在两岸教学文件的设计思想中。最后,得出对当前教学改革的启示。
The author compares the design ideas of English curriculum documents in the two stages of compulsory education being implemented across the Taiwan Strait, and finds that the design ideas of “Outline” and “Standard” are different in terms of commencement time, grade determination of sectional education and curriculum design . At the same time, the guiding principles of advancing with the times, seeking truth from facts, and respecting science are all reflected in the design of teaching documents on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. Finally, it draws inspiration to the current teaching reform.
