在普通铣床上用成形法加工伞齿轮时,一般工厂都采用专用的伞齿轮铣刀以“两刀”或“三刀”将齿形铣成,这种加工方法存在下列几个问题:1.需要计算工件相对铣刀的偏移量或工件的迴转量,但由于伞齿轮参数的变化,加工条件的差异,使计算出来的数值和实际调整量有出入。2.操作、调整繁琐,初学的同志不易掌握,稍一疏忽就会使工件产生齿向误差或齿厚超差。
