前言我们利用不适于作冻干血浆的废血浆,如乳糜血浆、不合格的冻干血浆、分裂后收集的余浆、抽检血浆,以及无菌试验和体检化验零量收集的血浆血清等作原料来制备人血白蛋白和人血丙种球蛋白。1986年9月我们用这类血浆制得的人血丙种球蛋白多有裂解。一般裂解量为15~36%。为提高产品质量,制出了纯度较高,稳定性好的人血丙种球蛋白。人血丙种球蛋白裂解的原因许多研究表明,丙种球蛋白的裂解主要由纤维蛋白溶酶(Plasmin)引起的,而Plasmin是由纤维蛋白溶酶元(Plasminogen)激活而来。
