目的:优选安神颗粒的醇提工艺。方法:以酸枣仁皂苷A、五味子醇甲为指标,以HPLC测定,用Lichrospher C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL.min-1;酸枣仁皂苷A流动相乙腈-水(30.5∶69.5),检测波长204 nm;五味子醇甲流动相甲醇-水溶液(13∶7),检测波长250 nm。采用正交试验法,优选醇提工艺。结果:乙醇用量与提取次数对方中五味子醇甲的提取有显著性影响。此复方中五味子、酸枣仁药物最佳醇提工艺为每次用10倍药材量的85%乙醇提取2次,每次1.0 h。结论:该提取工艺合理,生产实际操作简单,适合于大生产。
Objective: To optimize the alcohol extraction technology of Anshen granules.
