潜油电泵振动故障分析及振动模型

介绍了潜油电泵的基本结构和研究现状,分析了潜油电泵系统机械故障产生的原因及故障与振动的关系,指出多级离心泵是潜油电泵系统的主要振动源,进而建立了潜油电泵与油管柱组合系统的振动模型及系统旋转部件的振动模型。建议采取合理的减振措施,以延长潜油电泵的稳定工作时间,防止泵的早期破坏;同时加强潜油电泵的使用管理及对泵工作状态的监控,定期提泵检修,延长泵的使用寿命。 The basic structure and research status of the submersible pump are introduced. The causes of the mechanical failure of the submersible pump system and the relationship between the failure and vibration are analyzed. It is pointed out that the multi-stage centrifugal pump is the main vibration source of the submersible pump system, The vibration model of submersible electric pump and tubing string combined system and the vibration model of the rotating components of the system. It is suggested to take reasonable vibration reduction measures to prolong the stable operation time of the submersible pump and prevent the early damage of the pump. At the same time, the submersible pump shall be used and supervised and monitored, and the pump shall be regularly overhauled to extend the pump Service life.
