在我国高等职业教育迅猛发展的形势下,南京艺术学院高等职业教育学院为适应社会中广大的职业市场需要,以坚持培养实用型、技能型的艺术人才为教育目标,以注重学生专业素养和实践技能相统一的课程指导为教学方向。在南艺高职学院的整个设计教学体系中,毕业设计课程是实现人才培养成果的教学重点,也是以特色教学实验进行教学改革的一个试点,更是笔者本篇论文所涉及的重要话题。笔者在文中具体论述了毕业设计课程特色教学应遵循因材施教的准则,应推行“本色当行”的教学思想,尊重学生的个性发挥,坚持实验个性化追求的创新思路;并以笔者自己的毕业设计作品为示范案例,结合个人的实际设计经验,对指导学生提供更直接的教学方法;探索教学内容的新渠道,为实现“特色模块”式课程的成果而效力。论文还就如何突破“课”的界限,拓展学习实践环境等问题上进行了探讨,对“学生的综合能力水平进行提升与强化;并让学生最大程度地获取课内外不同的知识与经验,注重培养学生的职业兴趣与良好职业道德,让学生专业素养和职业能力可持续性地全面发展,以更好地满足于学生今后的职业需求。”的具体论证上提出了自已的思考观点和可操作性强的教学建议。
